I accept commissions/ private custom paintings. Please email your order to schriekarts@gmail.com or fill out the contact form using the same template guidelines. I can paint according to your requirements and size on your commission order form. Once you place your order, I will begin working on your commission immediately. Commissions on bristol board will be carried out in two to three steps: 1. The Drawing Phase, 2. The Coloring Phase, and 3. The Outlining Phase. Before moving on to the coloring phase, I will send a photo of the drawing phase for any suggestions or revisions.

• All colored commissions will be done on mixed media or watercolor paper and in watercolor.

• Black and white or grayscale commissions can be done in charcoal or pencil drawing. 

• None of the art I create is to be used for NFTs (non-fungible tokens), any form of cryptocurrency, or Artificial Intelligence generation. 

• If you plan to use your commission for commercial purposes, (covers, official art, logos, etc.) we can discuss the terms and form a written agreement.

Deadlines: 

• Please inform me if your order has a deadline and how flexible it can be

• The timespan for a commission will depend on the project’s difficulty and my current workload.

  • An additional fee will be included for expedited work or a short timeframe.

• A commission may take 1-2 weeks to complete

• Commissions are done in 2-3 phases.

  • 1. The Sketch Phase: the design of the project is sketched out on the paper of the order size

  • 2. The Coloring Phase: The project is then colored in

  • 3. The Outlining Phase: Depending on the commission type, the project will be outlined in ink pen

• A work-in-progress picture will be sent once the Sketching phase is complete. Any major changes must be submitted before the Coloring phase.

• By requesting a commission from me, you agree to the following terms:

  • Retain all copyrights over all completed work.

  • Will not post any private commissions to my website or social media platforms without your consent

  • Will not reprint and sell completed private commissions 

  • Reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. 

• You, as the client:

  • Can not edit or claim my work as your own 

  • May post your completed commission to any public forum such as social media while giving me appropriate credit (Payton Schwiebert or @mr.schriek)
